About Bhavesh Yadava

Bhavesh Yadava, currently the Managing Director(MD) of Sweet Industries India Pvt Ltd., is in a class of his own, both as a businessman and a representative of an industry that never ceases to function in our country. Having followed up his graduation in Commerce with a Degree in Law and a Management Degree from the highly reputed Jamnalal Bajaj Insititute of Management Studies, he joined the company as a simple trainee in the year 1989. With pure hard work and a work ethic second to none, he went on to oversee Marketing Operations, and gradually took over the overall Operations of the firm.

 

Today, Bhavesh stands tall as the Managing Director, largely involved with the curation and implementation of new strategies alongside innovation. His vision for the company meets only the finest horizons, with a long-term goal of overseeing the company to be a leader in the flexible packaging segment.

 

He speaks highly of his journey from trainee to top dog in an industry where challenges don’t think twice before knocking at your door, and he firmly believes that in the Packaging industry, being thoroughly informed about your markets, be they local or global, staying on your toes at all times, and maintaining a strong sense of agility to any form of change will forever keep you one step ahead in the game. Today, as the Managing Director of the company, he oversees the operations, innovations, Implementation of strategies, and the finance of the company.
